Yes, this is the most secure way to store your items. Using your own padlock, ensures you are the only person with access to your unit.
- Can I book online?
Yes! It’s easy to book and pay for your Mates Rates storage unit online. We’ll send you an access code so you can enter the facility, making it quick and easy for you to move in.
- How do I get access to my storage unit?
Once you book your unit we will send you an access code, granting you access to the facility so you can store your stuff.
- Is my storage unit secure?
The Mates Rates storage facility has 24 hour CCTV surveillance, security lighting and monitored alarms. You provide your own padlock, ensuring only you have access to your unit.
- What if I can’t pay?
If for whatever reason you can’t pay on time then you need to contact us immediately to see if we can make an arrangement. If we hear nothing then you will lose access to the unit until you’re all paid up.
